Who is Aybars Dorman? A Short Biography
Aybars Dorman is a systems strategist and technology architect. He works at the intersection of artificial intelligence, green energy, digital economies and longevity, drawn less to what each field does alone than to how the four depend on one another.
He founded ATH Partners, a strategic advisory practice for technology ventures building the economic and physical infrastructure of the next economy. He is also the lead writer of Dorman Review, an independent publication examining the agentic economy and of its Energy Series, which follows the future of the grid.
His career began on the enterprise technology side at Türk Hava Yolları, Teknoser and Kadoil. He was a research assistant at BlockchainIST Center within Bahçeşehir Üniversitesi and founded the BAU Blockchain Club, then held growth and Web3 leadership roles at ConsenSys, EAK Digital, Metavest and TON Society.

My technology journey began with Web Development and Technologies, followed by a Software Engineering degree at Bahçeşehir University. Before transitioning to Web3, I worked in IT Systems and Technical Support roles at Turkish Airlines, Teknoser and Kadoil, building a strong technical and operational foundation.

I worked as a research assistant at BlockchainIST Center, Turkey's first university-backed blockchain centre, founded the BAU Blockchain Club at Bahcesehir University and published technical research reports.
ConsenSys & EAK Digital
As ConsenSys ambassador for Turkey I led MetaMask and Infura ecosystem growth, then as Head of Web3 at EAK Digital I directed communications and market strategy for global brands and protocols.
Metavest & Exchange Operations
As Chief Growth Officer at Metavest I ran the migration of users from Web2 into Web3 financial products and grew digital asset management.
A-Identity & Protocol Advisory
I designed A-Identity, an identity protocol for AI agents and advised Sui, Avail and zero-knowledge infrastructure projects on growth strategy and market positioning.
