Aybars Dorman, bir sistem stratejisti ve teknoloji mimarıdır. Yapay zeka, yeşil enerji, dijital ekonomiler ve uzun ömür teknolojilerinin kesişiminde çalışır; her alanın tek başına ne yaptığından çok, dördünün birbirine nasıl bağlandığı sorusuyla ilgilenir.
Geleceğin ekonomik ve fiziksel altyapısını kuran teknoloji girişimlerine stratejik danışmanlık veren ATH Partners'ın kurucusudur. Aynı zamanda ajan ekonomisini inceleyen bağımsız yayın Dorman Review'ün ve şebekenin geleceğini izleyen Energy Series'in baş yazarıdır.
Kariyerine Türk Hava Yolları, Teknoser ve Kadoil'de kurumsal teknoloji tarafında başladı. Bahçeşehir Üniversitesi bünyesindeki BlockchainIST Center'da araştırma asistanlığı yaptı ve BAU Blockchain Kulübünü kurdu; ardından ConsenSys, EAK Digital, Metavest ve TON Society'de büyüme ve Web3 liderliği rollerinde bulundu.
