1. Acceptance and Scope

• Dorman Review articles are published under the Creative Commons BY-NC-ND 4.0 licence with non-commercial, no derivatives and attribution terms.

• These Terms are originally in Turkish. English and Spanish translations are for convenience; in a dispute the Turkish text prevails.
• If any clause is found invalid, the remaining clauses stay in force.
• Not exercising a right, or delaying it, is not a waiver of that right.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction over disputes.

11. Changes

These Terms may be updated. Significant changes are announced on the home page or by email. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept the new Terms.
