4. Data Sharing

  • Vercel hosting, Resend email and Supabase database infrastructure under data processing agreements

Service providers including Supabase, Resend and Vercel may host on international servers under Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

6. Retention Periods

  • Contact form data is retained for up to 2 years for replies and follow-up, then anonymised or deleted
  • Security logs are kept for 90 days
  • Analytics data is permanently anonymised

Appropriate technical and organisational measures are in place:

  • Database encryption with AES-256 standard
  • API key rotation and the principle of least privilege
  • Regular security updates
  • Notification of the KVKK authority and affected users within 72 hours of a data breach

10. Children's Privacy

The site does not target children under 16. If data of someone under 16 was collected without parental consent, it is deleted immediately upon notice.

11. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated. Significant changes are announced on the site and the last updated date is revised.
