Under Turkish Data Protection Law No. 6698, your personal data is processed by Aybars Dorman as data controller within the scope described below.

2. Purpose of Processing

The personal data collected including name, email address, organisation and messages is processed to answer contact requests, run the newsletter subscription, manage advisory service processes and meet legal obligations.

3. Transfer of Processed Data

Your personal data is not transferred to third parties except where the law allows. Contact form data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure.

4. Your Rights Under the KVKK
